How do I place an order?

You can place orders directly through our website at Zexorify.com. Simply browse our toy collection, add items to your cart, and proceed through our secure checkout process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through stripe payment processor. We also accept PayPal for faster checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and never store your full payment details on our servers. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.00 for all orders within the continental U.S. Additional charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-6 business days after shipping. During peak seasons, please allow additional processing time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Some exclusions apply (see our full Returns Policy for details).

How do I initiate a return?

Email our support team at support@zexorify.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid label when applicable.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Are your toys safe for children?

Safety is our top priority. All our toys meet or exceed U.S. safety standards (ASTM F963 and CPSIA compliant). We specifically avoid toys with small parts for children under 3.

Do you carry eco-friendly toys?

Yes! Look for our “Eco-Friendly” collection featuring toys made from sustainable materials like wood, organic cotton, and recycled plastics.

Can I get recommendations for age-appropriate toys?
